O, What a Savior!
Here is one of the songs from the 2018 Palm Sunday Concert.
Every year MacAlpine Presbyterian Church hosts Gospelfest. They invite local churches and community choirs to come together and sing God’s praises. Here are the two songs our choir sang as well as one of the songs sung by Buffalo Teen Challenge.
Jesus Saves - CDPC Choir
This year we kicked off Gospel Fest with "Jesus Saves." While not a traditional gospel song, it does convey the main points of Jesus' birth, life, death, resurrection, and the gift of redemption offered to all people.Posted by Cleveland Drive Presbyterian Church on Saturday, February 24, 2018
Soli Deo Gloria - CDPC Choir
This is a new song for us this year. Much of the text is taken from Psalm 8 and an awesome reminder of all that God had done and how He has given us so much. If you're not up on your Latin, "Soli Deo Gloria" means "Glory to God alone".Posted by Cleveland Drive Presbyterian Church on Saturday, February 24, 2018
Hello My Name Is... - Buffalo Teen and Adult Challenge
We always love listening to the guys at Buffalo Adult & Teen Challenge sing at MacAlpine Presbyterian Church's Gospel Fest. (We also look forward to having the opportunity to talk with them during the fellowship time afterward.) Anyway, this year they sang a song called, "Hello, My Name Is" which was inspired by a guy named Jordan who went through the Adult & Teen Challenge program in North Carolina. Here's a link so you can take a minute to read the story of this song. http://www.songfacts.com/detail.php?id=31017Posted by Cleveland Drive Presbyterian Church on Saturday, February 24, 2018
