Cleveland Ohio hosted the September PromiseKeepers Conference.  Three men from Church carpooled with friends from other Churches.   We were a meeting site for Conference follow-up.

            Our 8:30 am Breakfasts continue on the third Saturday monthly.  Sing, Study, Socialize!

               - On April 26th our men enjoyed a breakfast with the Men of MacAlpine Pres! 

            A Men's Bible Study continues on Monday evenings.

            Tuesday nights at 7 pm a Promise Keepers Accountability group provides a safe place to talk, pray and discuss men's and family issues in a confidential setting.  Alternate Tuesdays include a light supper for  $5.  We have about 20 men from 8 different churches attend!

             We participate in Sundoulos Incorporated parachurch ministry by working on small projects in the community and attending quarterly conferences in WNY churches

             We invite men to attend conferences such as Promise Keepers when the opportunity arises.   We joined several area churches and Sundoulos Inc. to sponsor the first Promise Keepers Adventure in Buffalo.   This one-day 90 minute conference was followed by a day of community service.  

              A joint project with our women's group brought our second annual Red Cross blood drive to our community in April.   Thirteen donors were hosted by a total of ten volunteers.

             The first weekend of October was our annual men's retreat.   This year's theme was
The Return Of Christ.

2007: 

           We continue in contact with our missionary family,  Greg and  Chris Callison in Germany, with prayers and e-mails. They teach English to the Kurdish people who live and work there.

            Lenten Breakfasts were held Saturdays February thru April .  Three men have taken the responsibility, making this a monthly breakfast all year 'round!   Come the third Saturday monthly at 9 am for breakfast, fellowship,  music and a speaker.

           Two Men's groups meet each week:  The Monday night group studies a Biblical topic with written resources.    The Tuesday night Promise Keepers Accountability group welcomes men from several area churches.  Call the Church Office for more info,  at 833-0034

           The Annual Men's Retreat was Friday through Sunday September 21-23 at a member's summer place along Lake Erie.  "Be Still And Know" permitted us time to enjoy the weather,  Lake, nature and the heavens.   This was the first year we had a group community service project!   We scraped and painted a metal and wood footbridge over the private beach boat launch ramp.
